Before you pay.
What photograph should I send?
A clear, well-lit picture. Faces towards the camera work best. Avoid heavy filters, group shots where people are small, and screenshots of screenshots. Send the original camera file — jpeg or png.
When do I send the photograph?
After you pay. Put the Razorpay order id in the subject, and attach the picture in the same mail as the names and the exact plaque text.
How many changes can I make?
One preview, one revision. After you approve, we print. A printed plaque cannot be remade for a change of mind.
Do you take orders on WhatsApp?
No. Payment is on this page. The photograph and the words come by email. We keep the conversation in one place.
What if I need it for a date next week?
Write the date in the email. Seven days is typical from preview approval. If that will miss the day, we will say so before we start.
